It's Not Nag, It's Just Me

Sometimes...at times...part deux.

My skin is like a map
Of where my heart has been
And I cant hide the marks
Its not a negative thing
So I let down my guard
Drop my defences down by my clothes
I'm learning to fall
With no safety net to cushion the blow

I bruise easily
So be gentle when you handle me
Theres a mark you leave
Like a love heart carved on a tree
I bruise easily
Can't scratch the surface
Without moving me underneath
I bruise easily
I bruise easily

I found your fingerprints
On a glass of wine
Do you know you're leaving them
All over this heart of mine too
But if I never take this leap of faith
I'll never know
So im learning to fall
With no safety net to cushion the blow

I bruise easily
So be gentle when you handle me
Theres a mark you leave
Like a love heart carved on a tree
I bruise easily
Can't scratch the surface
Without moving me underneath
I bruise easily

Anyone who can touch you
Can hurt you or heal you
Anyone who can reach you
Can love you or leave you

I bruise easily
So be gentle when you handle me
Theres a mark you leave
Like a love heart carved on a tree
I bruise easily
Can't scratch the surface
Without moving me underneath
I bruise easily

Sometimes...at times...

I've made up my mind,
Don't need to think it over,
If I'm wrong I am right,
Don't need to look no further,
This ain't lust,
I know this is love but,

If I tell the world,
I'll never say enough,
Cause it was not said to you,
And that's exactly what I need to do,
If I'm in love with you,

Should I give up,
Or should I just keep chasing pavements?
Even if it leads nowhere,
Or would it be a waste?
Even If I knew my place should I leave it there?
Should I give up,
Or should I just keep chasing pavements?
Even if it leads nowhere

I'd build myself up,
And fly around in circles,
Waiting as my heart drops,
And my back begins to tingle
Finally could this be it

Should I give up,
Or should I just keep chasing pavements?
Even if it leads nowhere,
Or would it be a waste?
Even If I knew my place should I leave it there?
Should I give up,
Or should I just keep chasing pavements?
Even if it leads nowhere

Should I give up,
Or should I just keep chasing pavements?
Even if it leads nowhere,
Or would it be a waste?
Even If I knew my place should I leave it there?
Should I give up,
Or should I just keep on chasing pavements?
Should I just keep on chasing pavements?

Should I give up,
Or should I just keep chasing pavements?
Even if it leads nowhere,
Or would it be a waste?
Even If I knew my place should I leave it there?
Should I give up,
Or should I just keep chasing pavements?
Even if it leads nowhere

.......

We Will Continue To hear them more

Bobby Blanco & Miki Moto
I guess there's no need to introduce this duo better known as Moto Blanco.
I really enjoyed their remixes and their ability in turning good songs into great songs with their signature remixes. Some of the great remixes i've stumbled upon so far:
1. Jennifer Hudson's Spotlight
2. Jennifer Lopex's Do It Well
3. Shayne Ward's If That's Okay With You
4. Leona Lewis' Bleeding Love
Perhaps, this duo are of lesser known than Moto Blanco but they have started making more commercialize remixes beginning 2007 with Westlife, Sugababes and more recently with The Saturdays (Up) and Girls Aloud (The Loving Kind).

Those who frequent clubs would definitely aware of the trio Bimbo Jones where some of their recent remixes are making waves in the club.
Outstanding remixes includes:
1. Pink's So What
2. Pink's U+Ur Hand
3. Katy Perry's Hot & Cold

The Day My Life Kinda Stand stills....

i've been practically doing nothing for the past 12 hours except surfing the net, updating the blog and nap. And i guess this is what one is supposed to do when housesitting.

I was given this task by my friend as the construction people were supposed to come to the house to do some major fixing but alas, the construction person only came, observed, and left. I guess my responsibility as a Housesitter kinda completes.

Housesitting could be interesting and fun especially if the house one is sitting have many things to be discovered or to be enjoyed. Unfortunately, this house belongs to a bachelor, a bachelor who rarely at home or in town due to work requirements, hence, the house is practically empty.

The TV is in the master bedroom, which it'll be unethical for me to go to the room, lie on the bed and watch the TV. Even if I did, there'll be nothing to watch since there's no cable TV.

The two chihuahua are exceptionally quite and homebound but it gets a bit tiresome after a while when all these bitches could do are wag its tail, lick, bite and ran around your leg...and sooner or later, it too became tired of me and decided to lie down.

One fortunate thing is that there's WiFi which means I could still entertain myself, hence this entry.

i think i'll sleep early tonite...as i'm very much confined in the guest room (the living room are without fan/aircond and no TV)...really not much to enjoy there...

well, that's part of housesitting, for free too...hahaha.

This year is definitely going to be Hot

If 2008 was all about Indie and Batman, well...2009 will be even crazier.
Firstly the pre-summer movies.

Ermmm....Not really a fan of Nicolas Cage despite having watched quite a number of its movies including Ghost Rider.
anyway, this is another 'disaster movie' with possibly aliens in it.
The concept, i believed will be similar to the TV series, Numbers where Nicolas Cage is able to break the code (a piece of paper with supposedly random numbers) buried in the ground 50 yrs ago by someone....and will try to stop future disaster based on those numbers.

The movie is finally released and is ending up being a pre-summer movie for 2009. Not for the mass...mainly for those who like the way SIn City adn 300 were directed.

Who could've guess that Part 4 is possible for TF&F.
I've not watch any of the first 3, so will continue to skip this.

Things will get crazy beginning of May. So here are the list of more notable summer movies for 2009.

Accidentally watch T1, purposely watch T2, partially watch T3...will T4 be great? I hope so in view of the not so bad Sarah Connor Cronicles TV Series. I do hope so.

The book was a pre-quel to Da Vinci Code...but i'm not sure if the movie will be in the direction of Prequel or Sequel. Either way, watched the trailer and looks set to be another great movie.

Have you watched the official trailer released recently? It's scary! and it's definitely looks much better than part 1.

Besides Wolverine, audience will definitely go to this movie for two other characters; Gambit and Deadpool. Nuff said!

mmmm.................wonder what else this Ice Age series could bring to excite us.

Can't wait can't wait can't wait..............

Until today, no picture of Cobra had been released..not even in the trailer.....i wonder if it will end up like Star Wars Part III where Cobra will only become Cobra towards the end of the movie, that will open the door for GI Joe II.

Never a Trekkie and never will be.

Other mentionable movies to look for:
A Nigth at the Museum 2: watched the trailer, will probably wait for the DVD.
Saw VI. I actually stopped at Saw III and I might probably need to get into IV adn V first.
Bruno. (the 'sequel' to Borat). Er....DVD.
Alvin & The Chipmunks: The Squeakle - need to buy the DVD for the first movie.
Prince of Persia: Sands of Time - until the trailer is released, i'm going to stay neutral on this one.
Oh...what about Dragonball and Chun Li..., well...............................

Street Fashions during Recession

I went in to the cinema with a bit of expectation on this movie as it got some not so bad reviews.

So, was it that bad? Not really. But it's more suitable for a slow Sunday TV movie, if you ask me.

The fashion sense of Rebecca (the shopaholic) is just hideous, well, including the green scarf although towards the end, i tend to like the scarf.

Definitely so not Sex and the City, definitely so not Devil Wears Prada. It's just a basic home afternoon movie.

Another good track from the Brits

Is it me or the Brits continue to produce good music...or i'm just tired of hip hop and pussycat dolls.

Here's a great track from Will Young, Let It Go.

The video to this track was just released but i've yet able to find it in You Tube. Will embed here once i have it.

In the meanwhile, here are the lyrics. I really love the chorus.

I have never been afraid of being alone
It's somehow typical of being a man - I know
But I woke in the night
My body full of fright
Could I provide for you?
Everything you've ever wanted
Could I really be the man I promised I would be
And support you tenderly

Let it go
Let it go
Let it go
'Cause it's out of my control
Let it go let it go
Don't have to have it all
Grips so tight it shatters
Only thing that matters
Only got one life
Heaven knows
What I'm stressing for
Let it go let it go

It's the simple things in life that bring me down
Like always being right
It leads to fights - oh no no
I'm running low on energy
The world keeps bugging me
And I keep thinking baby
How we gonna stay together
Can I really make a vow I'm never gonna keep
See that's what's bothering me - eee - eee

Let it go
Let it go
Let it go
'Cause it's out of my control
Let it go
Let it go
Don't have to have it all
Grips so tight it shatters
Only thing that matters
Only got one life
Heaven knows
What I'm stressing for
I've let it go

I know you tell me that I always think too much
And all that stupid stuff
Well, I've thought enough

Let it go
Let it go
Let it go
'Cause it's out of my control

Don't have to have it all
Grips so tight it shatters
Only thing that matters
Only got one life
Heaven knows
What I'm stressing for
Let it go
Let it go
